1. Individual membership
- Membership is individual and non-transferable. It may only be used by the named member.
- Every application is reviewed by the club. Submitting an application does not guarantee membership.
2. Registration fee and monthly membership fee
- Membership has a one-time registration fee and a monthly membership fee, as published on the Membership page at the time you apply.
- The Early-Bird Members offer provides a reduced registration fee and a reduced monthly fee while it is available. The club decides how long the offer runs and how many members it is open to, and may end it at any time.

3. Payment due dates and renewal
- Monthly fees are payable in advance for each membership month.
- Due dates, any grace period, late-payment handling and accepted payment methods will be confirmed by the club. Pending Club Confirmation
- Every payment is confirmed by the club team and recorded against your membership. Please keep your receipt.
4. Membership activation and expiry
- Membership is activated once your application is approved and your initial payment has been received and confirmed by the club.

5. Facility access and operating hours
- Individual membership includes FREE access to Rebirth by Pirates (gym, including the separate ladies' yoga and cardio area), Pirates Lagoon (swimming pool), the outdoor Badminton Court and the Family Lawn & Kids Play Area.
- The Private Cinema Lounge is coming soon. Its access terms and any member benefits will be confirmed by the club. Pending Club Confirmation
- Access is subject to operating hours, availability, capacity, maintenance, bookings and safety requirements.

6. Reservations and capacity
- Some facilities may require advance booking, and session times may be limited during busy periods. Pending Club Confirmation
- The club may limit numbers at any facility for safety and comfort.
7. Member discounts and exclusions
- 10% discount on eligible purchases at Pirates Cafe.
- 25% discount on eligible Black Net Cricket Arena bookings.
- 25% discount on eligible Black Ball Snooker premium lounge bookings.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless the club expressly permits it.
- Membership does not include free food, free bookings, private events, guest access or other additional services unless the club says so in writing.

8. Guest policy
- Guest access is not included in individual membership. Any guest arrangements, fees and conditions will be confirmed by the club. Pending Club Confirmation
9. Safety and conduct
- Members must follow staff instructions, posted facility rules and safety requirements, including swimming pool and gym rules.
- Members are expected to treat other members, guests and staff with respect.
- Rules for children's access and supervision will be confirmed by the club. Pending Club Confirmation
10. Suspension or cancellation
- The club may suspend or cancel a membership for breach of these terms or facility rules, unsafe behaviour, misconduct or non-payment.

11. Refund and cancellation policy
